TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SCHOOL / ORGANIZERS
1. Eligibility
- The competition is open to all students from Classes 1 to 12 enrolled in recognized schools.
- Each participating school must ensure that participants are genuine, currently enrolled students.
2. Registration
- Schools must complete and submit the registration form by the specified deadline.
- A list of selected students along with their grade, category, and contact details must be submitted accurately.
- Schools are responsible for collecting parental consent forms before student participation.
3. Categories
- The competition may be divided into groups (e.g., Classes 1–4, 5–8, 9–12) depending on the event type (e.g., academic, art, music, science, etc.).
4. Code of Conduct
- Schools must ensure that participants adhere to discipline, punctuality, and respect toward organizers, judges, and other participants.
- Any act of misconduct or malpractice may lead to disqualification.
5. Judging and Results
- Judges appointed by the organizers will evaluate performances based on predefined criteria.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
- No correspondence or dispute regarding judging results will be entertained.
6. Awards and Recognition
- Certificates and/or prizes will be awarded to winners and participants as per category.
- Schools will be notified of results and award distribution dates.
7. Rights and Permissions
- The organizers reserve the right to record, photograph, and publish any part of the competition for educational, promotional, or archival purposes.
- By participating, schools consent to the use of their students’ names, photographs, and works in such materials.
8. Liability
- The organizing school will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or accident during the event.
- Schools must ensure students are supervised by accompanying teachers.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS / PARTICIPANTS
1. Eligibility
- Participation is open only to students from Classes 1 to 12 registered through their schools.
- Individual registrations may be accepted only if approved by the organizing committee.
2. Parental Consent
- All participants must have written consent from parents/guardians to take part in the event.
3. Conduct
- Students must behave respectfully toward judges, organizers, and fellow participants.
- Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or misconduct will lead to immediate disqualification.
4. Performance Rules
- Participants must adhere to the competition’s time limits, topic guidelines, and material restrictions.
- Entries must be original and created by the student.
5. Judging Criteria
- Evaluation will be based on creativity, originality, effort, presentation, and adherence to guidelines.
- The judges’ decision will be final.
6. Prizes and Certificates
- Winners will receive certificates, medals, or trophies as specified by the organizers.
- All participants will receive participation certificates (if applicable).
7. Intellectual Property
- The entries (artwork, essays, projects, etc.) may be retained by the organizers for publication or exhibition purposes.
- Students grant the organizers permission to use their names, images, and works for publicity or educational purposes.
8. Disqualification
- Violation of rules, late submissions, or failure to follow instructions may result in disqualification without prior notice.
9. Safety and Responsibility
- Students must take care of their personal belongings.
- The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged property during the event.
