This DMCA Policy applies to all content on our website https://www.prepive.com, including but not limited to exam materials, study resources, test questions, answer keys, images, videos, and downloadable files.
Reporting Copyright Infringement

Removal of Allegedly Infringing Content
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- Notify the user who posted the material.
- Take appropriate actions as required under the DMCA, which may include account suspension or termination for repeat infringers.
Counter-Notification
– If you believe that the material removed or disabled was not infringing, you may send a Counter-Notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notice must include:
- Identification of the material that has been removed and its original location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the District Court for your judicial district (or, if outside the India, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which Prepive may be found).
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we may restore the removed content in accordance with the DMCA unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain such restoration.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take copyright protection seriously. Users who are found to be repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated and will be permanently banned from accessing our website and services.
Educational and User-Generated Content Disclaimer
As our platform serves students and educators from Classes 1 to 12, some content may be user-generated (e.g., uploaded exam papers, notes, or images). We do not claim ownership of such content and act as a service provider under Section 512(c) of the DMCA. We will promptly address all valid copyright complaints in accordance with the law.
